This started as my running journal, and is currently my gym training log.

In April 2010, I started running with a killer-4kms on a treadmill. It hurt, but I did it, and when I repeated the same things two days later, it no longer hurt that much. I began running regularly and upped my speed and distance slowly. When, a month later, I got on the elliptical and saw my heart rate improved enormously, I knew I wanted to keep running - faster and further :) After two months of running, I took my running outside, and ... never want to go back.
